REMARKS: No change, up, or down following each performance indicator above are with reference to previous assessment period, i.e., first two weeks of Spring 2013. Of the three students who got failing (F) grades at the end of this assessment period, one was particularly observed to be struggling with Accounting 1 from the beginning. I advised the student to see me or ask classmates in case student has questions, and also to seek help from the A+ Center. The second student failed due to absence on the day when there were two scheduled quizzes. Student should be able to recover from this temporary setback soon, since student's assignments and class works showed good results so far. The third student, who also got the lowest failing grade among the three, missed two classes, two homeworks, and two class works. |
