On the evening of 15 March 2020, Governor Lou Guerrero announced that Guam had three confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19).  Immediately thereafter, University of Guam President Thomas W. Krise, Ph.D., announced the cancellation of all in-person classes for the following day, and the preparation for the delivery of online classes and other alternative modes of instruction. For his part, and in response to these new challenges, Rafael A. Pulmano created this website for the benefit of his students taking Conversational Tagalog I online classes at the university.
